Hi! I am Ope Yemi. I studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Port-Harcourt and was blogging on the sideline about various smartphones among which was Samsung.

My first Samsung smartphone was the Galaxy S6. I started this website in early 2021 in an effort to keep millions of Nigerians up to date on the Prices of Samsung phones here in Nigeria.

I came up with this idea when I was trying to get Samsung Note 20 Ultra and open Google.com to know about the latest price in Naira and maybe a review by a Nigerian that will be tailored to the Nigerian audience.

Imagine my surprise when I couldn’t find a real answer because the front page was dominated by websites that aren’t operated from Nigeria and just use the exchange rate to automatically calculate the prices from USD to Naira.

That is still the case even right now but I am working tirelessly to make sure SamsungPricesNigeria.Com (SPN) is the first option for Samsung lovers in Nigeria to know the current price of a Samsung phone in the country, a quick comparison between new and old Samsung phones as well as between phones from competitions such as iPhone and Pixel.

I intend to later start reviewing these smartphones both on this website and YouTube channel that will in the future created to enhance SPN.

I update relevant pages immediately if there is a change in price which is at least once a month.
