Samsung is reportedly testing One UI 5.1 on the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and it will likely debut with the Samsung S23 series which as per an earlier report will be unveiled on the 1st of February.

Z Fold 4 isn’t the first Samsung phone that One UI 5.1 is currently being tested on, the upcoming version of One UI was spotted on Samsung S22 Ultra some days ago. And they probably aren’t the only ones.

The Galaxy Z Fold 4 currently runs on One UI 5 based on Android 13 but was announced in August of 2022 running One UI 4.1.1 based on Android 12L. The One UI 5.1 will also be based on Android 13.

There is currently not much information about the One UI 5.1 and may not know enough until the S23, S23 Plus, and S23 Ultra are officially announced.

However, what is known is that Samsung didn’t roll out all the lock screen customization features they had in stock with the One UI 5 and will be doing that with the One UI 5.1.
