1.) Processor: The Galaxy Z Flip 4 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset with Adreno 730 GPU on board while Samsung Z Flip 3 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G chipset with Adreno 660 GPU.

2.) Memory: Both devices have only an 8GB RAM option but while the Z Flip 4 is available in 128GB, 256GB and 521GB internal storage, the Z Flip 3 is only available in 128GB and 256GB internal storage.
